Verifying Unit

The Verifying Units (VU) have as their main function to verify and rule on compliance with the technical, operational, and regulatory provisions issued by the AFAC.

CIBERSECURITY

Mandatory Verification

Airports, airlines, and airport service providers are currently facing an environment of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, such as acts or attempts to compromise databases, software, hardware, communications, as well as the logical and physical supports of critical information systems used in operations.

In light of this growing vulnerability, the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) requires all airports, airlines, and airport service providers in the country to comply with the provisions established in Mandatory Circular CO SA 17.18/24.

Are you prepared for any type of attack that your company or institution may suffer?
